I have worked with - but am not limited to working with – individuals suffering from depression and/or anxiety; parents of neurodiverse children; young adults and adults navigating life transitions; those who are grieving – whether it is a loss of a loved one, lost sense of self, or a path never taken. I am not booking child and/or teen clients under the age of sixteen at this time. I come from an integrationist background meaning that I have learned many different modes of therapy and work to identify what modes work best for each client. I have training in individual, couples, and family therapy. Recent additional training includes Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotion Focused Therapy and Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I use a gentle, compassionate, and client led approach. My main goal is to help you identify the change you would like to make while supporting and helping you navigate the process in meeting that goal. If you are uncertain of your goals or simply want a listening ear, I can provide that support as well. If tools are what you’re after, I’ve got those too.
